District Officers publicize the call for applications.
2. Application Form
Forms collected from District Office or download (form link)
3. Submit Form + Documents
Submit to District Office:
- Aadhaar copy
- Artisan / Pehchan / HLM Card copy
- Bank passbook copy
- One passport photo
4. Scrutiny & Forwarding
District office verifies & forwards applications.
5. Selection & Intimation
Selected participants are informed by phone.
